Can computerized data collection on individuals be justified even though it endangers the rights of individuals? Data collection on individuals has always been a matter for any government's departments and big organizations such as police offices or hospitals by with the increasing increase in the number of people. From my point of view, In the age of technology, that we are constantly living in a state of change, it is evidently better to use automation tools. certainly, there are many privileges that explain the importance of computerizing this data. Whilst I am prepared to admit that there is some downside for to any method but in this case, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. This essay will discuss both sides of this issue. First of all, Accuracy and acceleration of the process in the organization's activity are of great importance. Institutes who just rely on the workforce and don't update themselves with the technology they will end up in trouble, . we need to constantly adapt ourselves with to technology. However, because of the volume of information organizations see no choice but to use computers. Secondly, the possibility of taking back up and retrieval of information is undeniably important. Having said that, It does have its drawback as well. For instance, people who have access to these statistics can intentionally take advantages such as selling the information to others with certain goals. Also, these data of individuals' privacy are likely to be invaded by hackers who gain unauthorized access to data and consequently endanger the rights of individuals. Albite albeit there will be safeguards to guarantee this will not happen. threats and privacy violations can be banned by enhancing the security of computers to stop cyber-attacks.All in all, I think it is sensible understood to choose methods that give us more efficiency and consequently not to waste time and energy where there is a possibility to avoid it.
