Some people argue that job satisfaction is more important than job security, while others believe that they cannot always expect job satisfaction and a permanent job is more important. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. In the present and modernized world, whether the satisfaction is one of paramount significant factors to pick up an occupation or not has sparked much debate. Some people assert that being happy with a job at the workplace is essential for boosting the turnover, whereas some others argue that secured jobs are likely to guarantee their working life. I strongly believe that, the former side is much more effective and the both sides are ascertained below. Convincing arguments can be made that having a satisfying profession is of overriding importance which provides comprehensive merits not only for employees’ health but also for their companies. To start with, since the living standard is constantly increasing and work-life balance is getting harder to maintain, people need enjoyment at work to become a mentally healthy individual which results in a happy and stress-free community. In other words, satisfied employees may also concentrate on their personal commitments and life; so they can strike a balance in their lives without any preoccupied minds. Moreover, encouraging an organization’s growth and productivity, happy and content people might bring creativity and innovation to organizations. The reason that lies behind this concern issue is that satisfied people have fresh minds besides having interest about their occupations which enforces them to come up with novel ideas to assist companies to in become flourishedflourishing. Admittedly, having a safe and permanent job is a key elements into earning a living in the long run without being worry worried about having sufficient income or finding new occupations. Even so, after a while and meeting the basic needs of life in the first stages of the career ladder this crucial item, secured job, will be disappeared step by step and other factors including the sense of satisfaction or fulfillment will start to emerge. This is the very reason for which people should choose a job that would provide them with meaningful employment. In summary, I would concede that feeling of satisfaction is the most vital facture factor into choose choosing one’s occupation to spring up both the level of companies and employees’ mental health. Albeit constantly income certainly affects people's choice of profession, it is an important factor only in the early steps of one’s career. Once the basic needs have been met with, other factors become more noticeable.
