As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers? Nowadays, work life is extremely complicated and earning suitable income is more difficult than the past. Obviously, the primary and enormous youth’s concern is to find a proper career which is to suite their skills and personality with high salary. Although achieving a proper position of occasion is a necessity and is too difficult, job fulfillment is more important than it and hard to reach. In the following, factors which pertain to the matter and the visual facts is negotiated. For feeling satisfied and wellbeing, there is a need to be useful for everyone. A sense of fulfillment refers to a positive feedback from managers. All the managers have intense effect on their employees by creating a proper job atmosphere and encouraging them by some perks. These optimistic aspects reinforce people to feel more productive than before. Not only do workers obtain a positive feedback is so vital, but also feeling a sense of progression, improvement and development is a necessity. When people who are present in a small unite of whole society such as a factory, company, school and hospital and do their own duty, it increases the sense of satisfaction for every individual to cooperate as a team work member and to be useful for their country. Of course not everyone enjoy their work. The axiom of complicated economy means that many people have little choice to find a proper job. On the one hand, workers may be not having relevant skills and qualifications in that career. On the other hand, some jobs are too boring and repetitive and maybe co-workers or the atmosphere are not friendly enough. It makes the situation more resentment. In some jobs, there is no immediate payment available for employee and they will feel insecure. To conclude all the statements above, I should say, it is clear that feeling satisfied of our occupations is not in the same level. Considering to the mentioned factors above, may lead to reach pleasant job situation and a feeling of wellbeing.
