Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste? Managing and how to deal with the waste which has been is produced by houses, and recycling them it has become one of the most important factors on governments agenda during the last 30 years. From some people’s point of view it is people’s responsibility to recycle their own waste, and it is the government’s responsibility to make it a legal requirement. W while there is a party who strongly guard against the idea. The Government itself have has to take care of the wastes, they argue. Unlike two main ideas that have been mentioned, I believe law would have a positive effect on society and imposing it without any doubt would enhance waste recycling. Like it has been effective in many situations such as driving and crime, law would positively affect the matter. On the other hand, there is a must that the government with huge amounts of resources should launch a scheme that can solve the waste problem for good, for instance; the government by investing in infrastructures, by automating the recycling process and building new facilities not only is it going to solve the problems but also it by selling the recycled material, it is going to be beneficialprofitable. To conclude, imposing laws will change public behavior but it is not the answer. If there is a will to find a way to solve the problem once and for all, the government have to take a the lead not people.
