It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behavior to children? It is believed by many people that children ought to be taught the difference between right and wrong which is common in society. Also castigation is a vital manner between among parents. In my opinion, right and wrong does not have a certain meaning, it will change by time and situation. Punishment never results in is an appropriate outcome which that is expected by families or teachers. Certainly there is a wide range of solutions to teaching kids morality and ethic. Firstly, Dr. carl gustav jung- one the most famous contemporary psychoanalysts – coined mentioned about the term "shadows" which is created when kids are in their early ages and have been taught what is right or what is wrong. In another words, with this method, kids will ignore the bad manners or characteristics which is exist in their personality in order to be loved by their family and accepted by society in their future life. But not only should people should be aware of their character but also they ought to accept every corner of their personality. Obviously by this point of view, kids and more importantly adults are able to control their behavior in every circumstances. Moreover, as people control and manage their feelings or behavior, society will see a further significant decrease in crime. Secondly, punishment is a direct way to create personal shadows. In some survey, scientists have demonstrated some new ways to teach kid morality without giving them bad feelings about themselves. For instance, talking about each unpleasant occurrence in order to be aware them how bad is their actions are. Or telling stories would be a better way. They should know that this is their act which is unacceptable not themselves as a person. In conclusion, it is important to learn for kids to learn about rights and wrongs, but it is more important to that teach them that these behaviors are exist in all humans and it they needed to be controlled, not ignored.
