Some people think advance technology such as the Internet is a powerful source of information. Others, however, think that books are also a good source of information and entertainment. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your opinion and examples. In our contemporary era, the Internet has become an inevitable portal for the majority of people to reach their needed information and unfortunately, as the a result of this approach, society is gradually dissociating from books. However, in from my perspective, both Online and printed versions of data are equally valuable and should be used depending on the subject, occasion, availability and habits of the person. These days, the Internet is widely used for almost everything from following the news to a local home remedy for an ache. The main reason is often considered as its countless amount of information as well as the possibility of accessing the latest comments and specialists' viewpoints which provide a vast variety of knowledge for the users. Moreover, the sources are mostly free or at least less costly compared to printed ones. I, myself, prefer to download tutorial videos and learning materials related to the architectural softwares programs namely, 3d max which I use regularly rather than buying its educational books due to the fact that they are mostly more functional and up to date and are gathered by professionals who are keen on sharing and staying up to date. Books, on the other hand, can be reached everywhere, even in the remote places where there is no network access which and that makes it immortal sources for saving the Information. The other reason might be the simplicity of keeping books for a long time. The joyous moment when you can have your forefathers' favorite books with their handwritings on its pages just by taking them on your book shelf is indescribable. In addition, many of the main resources in various categories had been written or printed on paper and they will always remain in the libraries for the future generation to study them. In brief, I completely agree with the idea that both online websites and printed books are precious in an equal manner and people should choose them based on their needs and characteristics.
