Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For success in a future job, the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school. Nowadays, owing to the economic crisis in most of the countries, people and researchers are looking for the factors playing the vital role in more success at work. One of the essential issues in this regard is whether the social communication or studding studying hard is a critical element for success. Although the role of social relationship undeniably is conspicuous and I do not underrate it, I believe studding studying hard is more vital because of some reasons, which I will outline them. First of all, the companies are moving toward specialization and the more you study in a specific major to become specialized, the more opportunities you will have to be employed. As a specialized technician, you have more chance to apply to several companies and it isyou are more likely to be invited for an interview. Proficiency in conjunction with the a high-qualified resume guarantees your hiring. As a boss, do you prefer to have a professional staff in your team or an amateur with high communication skills? Although the answer of to this question depends on the nature of the job and its requirements, most of the time the chief the director prefers the specialization. Secondly, but what happens after being hired/hiring? Which one assures your success in the long run? Again, I believe studdingstudying. Many people believe that high social abilities leads to better teamwork and if you meet a difficulty in a job, you can establish connection with others in order to overcome the obstacle. However, I believe as an expert, it is necessary for you to be self-reliant and handle the problems you are facing on your own. Meanwhile, you always have time to improve your social skills later but what if your golden time elapses and you have not obtained a special skill? To sum up, I do not ignore the importance of social skills in work development, . however; the companies demand the knowledge and efficiency rather than social abilities. As a result, studying is a more confident predicator indicator for of succession in professional life.
