In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? In many places around the globe having a house has become an obsession for individuals.This essay will discuss the causes of this view and judge if it is right or wrong. To begin with, having a house in some places around the world is a traditional form of investing for the majority of people, and somehow it has become a part of our culture. To expand it further, obviously individuals want to invest their savings in something this area that is likely to have a reliable prospect in the future. Furthermore, buying a house is usually on the top of the list in many cases, and they might be right according to what we have witnessed in recent decades. The reliability of investing in properties has been proved consistently over the years. Moreover, renting a house has some complexities, being a tenant makes saving even harder, and might not be the best way of managing money in the long run. Although as a whole (in general) this might seem right to the majority, I myself do not think the same. To explain more, I have my own reason for it, as although buying properties has become a trustworthy reliable way to invest, consequently, too much more and more money is spent wasted on purchasing them. As a result, when we look at the current situation from a distance, we realise the scale of this amount of money spended spent on lands. This leads to this question in our heads: how much smart is this smart? What are our goals as the most neurologically advanced creature on the Earth. In from my perspective, it is not a positive trend and we should spend our money for making progress in different fields of science. For instance, the government can put more taxes on lands and houses for a national science project. To conclude, as we witness these days people prefer to invest in homes and they have their own reasons. Nevertheless, from my point of view, we can invest in our future by spending it on different fields such as science.
