In the present century, learning is no longer confined to classrooms, but happens in various sircumantances integrated with diverse cultures and languages where people meet and also communicate with each other to acquire information. The best apprtunity to fulfill this demand can be provided by universal esucation. Generally, the youth of today are more willing to continue their education in other developed counteris to grab exellent chances of the life, particularly those belonging in developing ones. Moreover, what usually draws their interest to studying overseas is finding professionals expanding their knowledge in practical experimentsexperiences, so the career development is one of their primary purposes. On the other hand, learners educating studying in a foreign country are more bound to boost their confidence as well as their sense of self-reliance when they must encounter many issues and challenges while living alone. Also, instead of merely picking facts up from books and the Internet, there should be more possibility of navigating and exploring local cultures, history and new languages of different heritage. However, there might be some trouble that needs to be overcome by students in foreign partslands.
