Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. We live in the information age and we are being informed constantly with every possible matter. Nonetheless, all the equipment of receiving knowledge, a smartphone for example, there is too much sharing information going on that less people care about revolutionary discoveries or what is happening in the universities. What really attracts people’s attention is not the stock market situation. The majority of public is interested on in celebrities or much more simple news. The argument is, a lot has been shared and many take advantage of what is being published among others. For instance, the politicians use some news to open up a debate that is irrelevant to the reality of what is going on or you discover an artist that had a genuine alteration in your perspective that you know not everyone can relate to your findings. Publishing for free is not happening very frequently nowadays, because of the cost and all the time that has been spend spent on the discovery and most of the researchers provide the expenses from scholarships, it is fair to put a price on it. Despite all the obstacles, there are individuals doing a great deal of work and share it without sponsors or any budget. Because having free information is everyone’s right, although, a very small amount number of people seek for knowledge and new findings. From looking into available resources we come to a conclusion that some of the information are is valuable and needs to be paid for. So, that the publisher can continue it as an occupation and people who are looking for it can has have access to it.
