A friend who lives in another country has invited you to come and stay with him/ her on your next holiday. You are too busy to except the invitation. Dear Katy, I am writing to show my appreciation to you for your kind invitation. Actually, I won’t be able to make it due to my bustling working program. Let me explain my situation in more detail. As you know, I‘m working in a trading company which produces all kinds of plastic products and imports raw materials from other countries like Germany, China ..., moreover, two timestwice in a year we have an exhibition in Germany due to the fact I’ve been busy around the clock. So it’s difficult to take leave of absence. l will probably lose my job. You know that how much I love my work because it’s related to the English language, I am communicating with foreign companies which gives me venture and confidence. I would love to meeting you and I know that if I come there we will have a wonderful time, but I will promise to visit you next time by upon your invitation. Could you let me know another time when you will be OK and free? You know that how much I miss you and I have been waiting to see your new baby and seeing your country. It is one of my interesting places to visit, moreover, at that time the weather will be great unlike the rest of the year. I’ll be free in all 13 days of Nowrooz due to our new year holidays and fortunately our company will be off in all 13 days. I know that if I came and visited you, we would have a fantastic time because of your hospitality. I look forward to hearing from you.
