Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others however believe that school is the place to learn this. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Upbringing a child to be a merit member of society is a process which proceeds from childhood to adulthood. There are plenty of skills which one person shall be taught, such as respecting the law, having social skills and being moral. When people decided to live together in a society they came to the idea of legislation of some rules to prevent disorder, the law developed and some of them have been abolished based of on human's humans’ desires and now every member of society should know and obey it. Since the school is a small scale society which has its own disciplines; , children can learn the law and can practically practice to respect it, ; they can understand the advantages of living in a legitimate society. People who do not know how to establish a positive interaction with others are not welcome in a society, after a while the society rejects them and they have to be in a solitary life. School is one of the best places for children to develop their social skills; teachers can help this by assigning team work projects, and teach them how to keeptheir relationship with others and protect themselves from the probable social harms. If all the people consider moral rules in their behavior, Earth will be a better place to live on. In successful societies such as Japan children learn to Moral rules from childhood in school, .teachers consider assign them assignments by which by doing them they, deeply in their heart, believe that it is better for their own sake to obey these law. In my opinion although parents play an active role on in nurturing children and children the latter learn many things from their behaviors, school has the burden of educating children and preparing them to inter the society.
