According to psychologistes psychologists’ point of view, children can achieve and absorb all data that has been given to them. So the most important advantage of learning a foreign language in primary school is « fast learning ». Children can understand a lot of phrases and sentences in more shorter time than teenagers and adults. Their pronounciation can be similar to foreign peaple people’s pronounciation. Although Because of the capacity and rate of their memory they can have richer foreign vocabulary. In on the other hand, by increasing the number of children’s courses, their free time could be damaged. Children’s brain capacity will be increased by playing games with peers, communication with them, and using imagination and so on. That this itemswhich all need a lot of time. But when they have been forced to take more than their routine courses, they loose lose their precious time. Another reason for not recommending teaching foreign languages to primary school children is the grammatical problem. In at that age, they do not know grammatical points of their mother tongue language,. Therefore, teaching them these parts of another language, makes them confuse. But this problem has a solution. Children need adequate courses for them that are completely different from secondary school learning lingo books. Also in this condition we need expert teachers that have been taught to filling children’s brains with concrete concepts. Although although teachers should know the ways of communication with children. Based on the above reasons, in from my point of view, using a lot of foundation financial resources to destroy children’s free time, is not reasonable. In this situation the advantages of teaching children is are really less than its disadvantages.
