Discuss both views and give your own opinion. People nowadays concern day-in day-out regarding job and career’s matters including sticking to one company up to retirement or switching it continuously. Both groups have their own reasons which should be taken into account and will be critiqued in next paragraphs. On the one hand, human beings naturally tend to keep the work conditions in expectable track to be in a same place forever. It is apparent that we humans feel deeply fear of unknown to encounter upcoming events in new positions as if they would probably challenge all of our achieved targets and even our pride and self confidence. It has been always influencing every aspect of routine life from personal issues to professional growth in the pace of succeed. Certainly, not only is to be a loyal employee is considered to be more stable in the job market but also it will be rewarded by rising salary and upgrading grade by the top managers of the companies. One the other hand, it is highly recommended by many labor market researchers that to build up a prosperous life before getting too old, you must be open to all of the opportunities in the industry to grab the best. Indeed, high educated experts will be able to maximize the job achievements if they dare enough to expose in diverse organizations. In fact, they should fulfill those new requirement be involved with new requirement to be fulfilled and this fact will result in flourishing of all the hidden potentials, enriching the obsolete knowledge and bringing freshness to personal life. To sum up, although job progression in a same company is somehow improving based on many case studies, it would be monotonous too. Besides, attaining a new job offer in the market will be speeding up this trend surprisingly.
