Today, the quality of life in large cities is decreasing, discuss the causes and solutions. Nowadays, metropolitan life makes creates big challenges for people who live in this kind of cities. Although living in big cities brings some facilitatesfacilities, it reduces life quality. The origins of this situation seem to stem from three factors, while several remedies appear to be open to us. Perhaps the major factor here is overcrowding in the urbanization life which leads to decreasing the life quality. For instance, some special and developed big cities which have high levels of standards of the life quality do not face with some problems like traffic congestion or weak public transport while In on the other side hand it has been seen most of the big cities which are developing like Tehran are suffering from these issues. Another cause is the competitive atmosphere of the living in big cities which people have to overburden put up with long-time working daily. For example, for living in a better location of the city both men and women work until the last hours of the day. In this situation, they miss well-being as they do not have ample time for enjoying with family. Turning to the possible solution, an obvious step would be governmental facilities for improving the countrysides and villages standards for living. Just by increasing the quality of life in the villages and small towns the rate of migration to large cities will be controllable. A second remedy might be the increasing job satisfaction utilizing the changes in the companies’ policy and more governmental supervision on employers. In some companies like Google, employees are not allowed to work more than the standard time which leads to satisfying the staffs. Also, Ministry of urbanmunicipality should develop public transportation and infrastructure for decreasing air pollution and terrible traffic in the large cities. In Conclusion, overcrowding, the low attention of government, competitive atmosphere of the big cities and air pollution in the metropolitan life are the main cause of the decreasing quality of life and increasing prosperity in small towns and villages and better governmental management in large cities can be mentioned as the main remedies.
