Some people think that the buildings such as flats should be designed to last a long time. Others believe that it is more important to provide accommodation quickly and cheaply. Accommodation is a vital issue that makes the human’s world goes around. There is a range of different views on the question as to whether constructions which are sustainable and built in the a long run are more preferable than that at a rapid rate with a relatively cheaper price. Although a home, whether an apartment or a house, with at a much more affordable price which is built in a short-run sounds appealing, it is the choice with a feasible safety and low-price guarantee. It is better to start starting off with a more logical point of view. What I mean is to make a building more appropriate for so many years ahead to stay in. As I mentioned in the former paragraph, accommodation plays a crucial role in every individual’s life, so the quality and design of architecture is as significant as water and air. Moreover, safety and the sense of feeling secured within your place is a remarkable factor which stems from high quality planning of construction. That is to say, not only is a top quality structure important for our physical health to feel immune within, but also it is important to feel your home as is a safe place, psychologically speaking. To illustrate more, there are cities and villages where which were ruined in consequence of an earthquake; had their buildings been erected far more sustainablesustainably, thousands of people would not have died. On the other hand, low salaries and lots of difficulties make people vote for the opposite view. They assert that the instant process of buildings and affordable prices are all what that they need. Their perspective, however, is entirely understandable, but the result is nothing but a temporary satisfaction. By poor scrutiny along the process of constructing that leads to completinge the place far sooner, you take your life atin a risk by living in such homes. By way of conclusion, there is no doubt that the two points of views have their specific pros and cons, but I firmly maintain that it is better to wait a bit more and carry more efforts to purchase a comfortable home which is guaranteed for a lifelong. At last, it is worth mentioning the belief of English people who say, “ I am not that wealthy to purchase a cheaper one _object_ ./ "I am not rich enough to buy cheap things"
