Some people think that buildings such as flats and houses should be designed to last a long time. Others believe that it is more important to provide accommodation quickly and cheaply. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. H ousing is a primary demand for humans. Caves were as first homes for mankind. mankindHuman tried to build a house for his family with timbers. A house is a safe place to live in. Nowadays, the population is growing rapidly and they it requires a home. They should settle in flats and houses. Designing constructions is a basic stage in the building industry. It should be perfect in any aspect such as: interior and exterior decoration, architectural design and civil design. This designing can supply a comfortable place for a person who was is busy during the day and wants/wishes to rest in a calm place. Designers should consider financial conditions because there is a limited budget but frugality must not affect on safety in case of an earthquake. Designing should last neither slowly nor does fast. Timing has an optimum measure to take place. If it lasts fast, maybe, some conditions will be forgotten/neglected by designers. On the other hand, if it lasts too long some problems will happen like homelessness. It means that some people pay money for their house but their accommodation is not ready and they suffer from homelessness. They must rent an apartment or settle in an unwanted house temporarily. In conclusion, a talented designer is one who calculates the dimensions with by considering time and money and this is themanagement. This management can be profitable not only for designers but also for engineers. Time and money are two important factors for designers which leads to a client’s satisfaction, so designers should notice heed that.
