Moreover, there are many jobs which are not only boring, but also repeatablerepetitive. In many situations, neither is the worker is interested in the work, nor are his skills compatible with the works demands, but owing to his responsibilities, he ought to cope with the job. All in all, it is the employers and managers’ responsibilityies to overseelook their staff, monitor listen to their worries in workspace and try to create a more pleasant space for them, in order to increase the efficiency and workers’ satisfaction.
