I am writing to express my complain about the problem which happened by leaking pipe on my apartment. As I had warned you before; the walls of this unit which I settle down in is not water proof enough. But you did not pay attention, so now it leaks extremely higher than before did. As a result, I have gotten in trouble since last week. In other words, not only have I to sweep the floor every day, but also I should pint the walls again. You know that I finished painting as recent a month ago. Hence, I cannot afford to paint the walls twice in a year. I claim that this problem is due to your negligence. Therefor, you should call a repairman as well as a colorist to renovate the walls of my apartment. I am looking forward to hearing your response very soon. Yours sincerely Saman Jourablou Task2: Nowadays more and more people want to live by themselves. What are the reasons? Is it a positive or negative trend? In this day and age, such an approach that people prefer to live alone has dramatically escalated compared with two decades ago. In the following paragraphs, I am going to mention two main reasons for such a trend and I would will argue express my disagreement with this issue by explaining one of my own experiences as well. Firstly, in my opinion, youngsters are a group of society that are more prone to such demands because they want to be independent. In other words, no longer do they prefer they to obey their parents’ house laws. Moreover, they believe such a trend would will boost their self confidence and as well as it would prepare them to for a new lease of life. The other group of people who follow this approach are adults who have recently divorced or even they have not married ever, but hardly can they tolerate the other members of their families’ behaviors. As a result, they are of this view that by this way not only have do they not have to endure the others’ manners, but also they would not disturb their home mate either. As I mentioned in the introduction of this essay In my opinion it is a negative approach, because I believe that in short-term living lonely by oneself would change the individuals’ mood. But, the more time passes the more anybody fells feels the pressures which are due to living lonely. For instance, IExaminers: Madam Arefeh eftekhari & Sir Meraj Meshkat lived two years by my self in an apartment and after less than three months I felt depression and I needed somebody to talk to him/her face to face or also a person who I eat my meals with . In addition, sometimes when I was sick, nobody was with me to treat me, so that situation was intolerable. To sum up, it is true that everybody sometimes in their life has to live alone for undeniable reasons, such as continuing studies far from their homeland or leaving their family by the reason of long-term mission. However, the experience proves that in long-time the repercussions of this issue outweigh its advantages.
