In some countries, a few people earn extremely high salaries. Some people think that this is good for a country, while others believe that the government should control salaries and limit the amount people can earn. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Since past to nowfor the past several decades, the inequality has been one of the most controversial issues among the countries. In other words, this problem has ended up in some revolutions against the governments during the history. Anyway some people believe as ifthat a minor group of society earn dramatically high salaries is good for the country, while the others are of this opine that officials should make laws to prevent high salaries in order to balance the amount of income between the society members. On the one hand, some think that the specific groups in the of country who are more talented than others or have higher educational degrees should earn more than the others. Moreover, for instance, in a company which employees in high positions earn much more than their lower counterparts,; the second group would be motivated to upgrade themselves whichand finally leads to a dynamic society. On the other hand, the opponents claim that inequality in a society will increase the a sense of envy/regret to the lower classes in the of country, so the rate of crimes will growth. In addition, such a great gap between the level of income among the citizens will affect the GDP. In other words, at the time the most of the wealth of a country be is concentrated in a minor section of society; the major part could not afford to produce products the productions with high quality and of course more quantity. In my view, one of the effectively practical solutions for the above problem is like a law which now is running in Australia. Imposing more tax for on citizens who earn higher income. It makes the tax which is received from rich people will be spent on to establishing more facilities for individuals who earn less. As a result, the inequality will be bridged/decrease.
