Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages? The younger generation in every community is counted as a precious resource. There are times in every centuryies that when the population of the young will dominates the population of the old ones. These times are named as the golden age of that society. I believe that having more young citizens would have more advantages than having more old ones. The first advantage of having many young people in your civilization is that you would have an extremely large community of valuable employees. One of the most magnificent features of this segment young people is that they are very energetic and they have the potential of doing heavy works. As a result, this can make the economy of that society stronger./strengthen The other benefit of having a large rate ratio of young people in your society is that they have many entirely new ideas. These ideas can be improved and become the initiation of a new business,. Especially with many opportunities that technology has brought for us. The young are more connected to technology and many jobs that has have been created recently are based on technology. For example, when you look at application developers, mostly, they are from young generation. On the other hand, managing this population is a truly challenging task. The government should support them with anything they need, like assurances and job opportunities. If the rate of the unemployed generation rises, there would will ariseraise more tons of problems in society. For example, the rate of addiction could raise rise/increase or the rate of unhappiness inside the society would will definitely raiserise. In conclusion, the young generation is an incredibly priceless resource. Not only are they a great work force, but also they can bring many wonderfully new ideas into our community. However, we should provide them with what they need such as assurance insurance and jobs, hence the pressure on the government to pay special attention to them.
