Universities should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays, education is has become an inseparable part of the modern world. Gender distribution of the scholars is a controversial issue. I strongly agree that we should have both sexes equally in our universities and I will discuss it in details in this essay. I believe that accepting males and females unequally, would have negative impact on pupils'`s motivation. As an example, a man who is interested in nursing and faces sexism limitation cannot not be motivated enough to try hard to achieve his goal because he knows that the majority of the students will be girls. In this situation, people have to choose their field of study up to their gender not due to their own interests. As far as I am concerned, there is no scientific relationship between talent and gender. If we limit individuals to choose specific majors, we will miss talented and qualified people. What`s more, our modernized society needs skillful experts among which there would beis no sex discrimination. In the past, women were banned to from choosinge engineering in the university because people believed that a woman can notcould not work in so called `male environment`. However, today we have lots of women who are not only successful engineers, but they are also pioneers in their career. In conclusion, university courses are not based on sex, so we should have no restriction in accepting especial gender in different fields. As I mentioned above, any limitation may have negative consequences on education and improvement of the society.
