International travel has many advantages to both travelers and the country visited. Do you think advantages outweigh disadvantages? Today's world is the era of communications, of which one of the most important is the tourism industry. A huge number of people all over the world go to traveling for many reasons. I believe that the benefits of foreign travel outweigh the downsides as these travels have a lot of advantages to both tourists and local communities. First and foremost, travelling abroad opens people's mind and it is a useful way to gain new experiences for them and also they can get familiar with different cultures .Furthermore, knowing about other countries with different cultures, customs and much more besides have has a positive impact on visitors so that they will have a new attitude to their life. Secondly, travel is quite beneficial to avoid stress. For example, some elderly people who are professional travelers have a great life expectancy and they are to some extent healthier and more joyful than others who are in at the same age. Moreover, travelers can speak other languages if they want to have relationship with local people that arewhich is useful to boost their knowledge. On the other hand, tourism is vital for the economy of some countries. Some areas rely on tourism for their income because visitors spend money in these places. Tourism helps to improve the standard of living for local people in remote areas as they do did not have any facilities before this. Also, tourism brings jobs which is useful for younger people who they are encouraged to stay in their city or village instead of seeking jobs in big cities. For instance, the Masouleh village as a one of the most spectacular places in Iran is a successful example for the influence of tourism on locals. They can sell their local products and can rent their beautiful houses to tourists for making money. In conclusion, I opine that international travel that has expanded in recent years has/plays a key role in quality of life of many people like tourists and local people which is very beneficial for them both.
