Some people think men and women have different natural abilities that make them suitable for different types of work. Others, however, believe that both men and women can be equally suited to do any types of work. While there are certainly solid arguments to the contrary, other experts do not differentiate between the both sexes to this end. This essay stresses why men and women are separately equipped with appropriate talents which help them fit in specific types of work. Those who are against distinctly natural gifts for men and women contend that provided people, regardless of their sex, are trained to gain similar skills, they can equally be tailored to hold any type of work. With education development, women, who were absolutely jobless two centuries before, have occasionally reached almost the highest positions in a variety of disciplines in the community. Showing their support to women's talent, governments usually intend a number of political positions for women lest they will not should be blamed for ignoring the issue. Other experts, however, encourage physical and genetic differences granted to men and women. Taking for granted that every kind of job in modern society has experienced the both genders, the proponents of the idea state that this is an exception to the rule. Although there are infrequently physically strong women able to hold arduous jobs, like mining, it makes sense to suppose a man as an engineer in a factory who has to interact with ill-mannered labours, however difficult it is. On the other hand, what seems obvious to common sense is that since women are tender-hearted light hearted they are well equipped to fill caring professions. Demonstrating their innate sympathetic, humane attitudes, distinguished female nurses, social workers, and psychologists have been employing their particular natural abilities. Even though men possess unique capabilities to come up with a plausible decision in a tough situation, they are less unwilling to listen carefully to a divorce-stricken widow who is tackling various mental illnesses. In a nutshell, although the issue is not mutually exclusive, people are advised to apply for a career regarding their naturally inherited skills. Following such a policy, men and women not only fulfill their orientations, but also attain more achievements in their professions. Of course, it does not necessarily mean that a woman is most likely to be unsuccessful as a mechanical engineer.
