In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taken responsibility. What are your opinions on this? Nowadays, many human rights activists discuss the child labor which has become becomes an important issue in many societies. Whilst somebody consider engaging children in work a valuable way for acquiring experiences, others strongly criticize it because of the detrimental impact it could have on the young children. Some young children work at factories or farms where air pollution, chemical fumes and arduous tasks make it an inappropriate workplace for them. In addition, some employers prefer hiring the young children to adults because they pay them lower less wages which is obviously a type of exploitation. Other than that, are children mature enough to undertake the full responsibility of a job work? To be realistic, occasionally children contribute to the family income in the families who are in the weak economic conditions. circumstance. Even they have to leave the school and gain a full‐time job to afford their living expenses. There could be human rights organizations to consider their situation and help them. On the other hand, there is an opinion which perceives the jobs as a method for children’s development in terms of the character. It says that it is necessary for the young children to learn social skills such as communication with others and the sense of responsibility from early ages. They believe not only will they acquire a special profession, they can earn money and experiences. To sum up, although it is not fair to let children have a full‐time work job which causes them not to pursue their studies, having a light part‐time job that they can do in their leisure time can lead to them being self‐made and developing many essential skills.
