Nowadays, humankinds has been have inundated with bewildering advertisements. Consequently, they intend to manipulate individuals that these novel ideas and products facilitate your life. It is a common knowledge that purchase of all those mentioned instruments requires humans to find works with higher wages. Despite these realities, I believe that higher more wages and perks do not mean that they are the mere baselines for choosing a job. First and foremost, people have various reasons for working. In other words, salary is one of the several facets of an occupation. In the modern world, volunteering to do rewarding careers, not only can some students in high schools and universities can be useful for their compatriots, also most of these activities works are rewarding however small notwithstanding infinitesimal or without any the payment. Most of the psychologists have concluded that a decent job has distinguishing effect in boosting egos, especially in teenagers and the youth. Secondly, it is worth bearing in mind that work conditions situations of work have profound effect on in the learning process. On the other hand, studying and working complement each other well. Furthermore, it will be an appropriate opportunity for mingling with your peers and learning how to socialize with colleagues, customers and other members of society. I would like to stress that a number of my classmates believe that a satisfying profession should help them to become an expert in their own specific fields of study, rather than paying higher wages without enhancement enforcement of their information. Last but not least, although a job has diverse dimensions and some people notice those aspects instead of just the monetary rewards, still it is one of the most powerful weapons for retaining professional workforces. Therefore, managers of company should pay attention to this fact, if they are intend to keep their ingenious labor, since, as it mentioned above, today's people are swamped with numerous advertisements. To put it in a nutshell, I disagree with this opinion that only a higher wage is important for description of some a desired work. In my opinion, learning and ereinforcement of our personality are two other vital specifications of a suitable job.
