Book 10‐ Test 4‐ Writing task 2: Many museums charge for admission while others are free. Do you think the advantages of charging people for admission to museums outweigh the disadvantages? Museums are the most admirable places that people can visit them for the masterpieces that have been hidden behind between their walls. Also, they are usually art pieces from an in architectural point of view. All these charming specifications sends an invitation to people to see sight them, but sometimes people are faced with an admission protocol from people In charge of masters of museums, so the debates raised about is whether it is acceptable to oblige people to pay a fee for getting permission to visit their national treasures. Critics of these authorization protocols mention that it is people's right to freely visit art works and masterworks that they pay by taxes to be cared. These objectors point out that all expenditures of museums are paid from taxes that citizens pay to the government, so why can't they sight them freely in conditions that they will not harm any of the contents? How do they know their artists and culture if they cannot make connection with handicraft hand crafts of their ancestors? Besides, if descendants did not know what their pasts had done, how will you expect that they can make valuable handy pieces? On the other hand, there are specialists that they affirm those protocols are necessary for protecting these monuments and the arts underlying lied inside them. They claim if they were achievable for the public who did not know their spiritual value, now nearly all of them would be were totally destroyed. Of course it this is people's right to visit them, but generally if people did not pay money for sightseeing directly they would will not respect them as decent masterpieces. These authorizations are neither is for prohibiting people from sightseeing nor set for isolating these places from public. These are all conditions that are mandatory for protecting them as national arts. I think, as I saw myself that people unintentionally try to destroyuct these places and art pieces when they do sightseeing, then it is necessary to put some permission protocols for people who want to see these museums, but if artists and archaeologists or students of arts or archaeology tried to visit these places there must be some facilitating rules to help them freely view and study arts lying lied in the walls and rested on the walls of every museum. In addition controlling the visitors of museums will help to manage these collections better and safer. In summary, putting some admission on museums has benefits of controlling them and preventing arts from being damaged damaging but if besides the disadvantages of decreasing the connection of ordinary people with master pieces that our ancestors made.
