Many people believe that women make better parents than men and that this is why they have the greater role in raising children in most societies. Others claim that men are just as good as women at parenting Write an essay expressing your point of view. Generally, people are constantly seeking to feel they are important. One of the ways to gain this emotional state is believing they are better than others in completing jobs and achieving certain goals. There are always debates and discussions between men and women about what skills a certain gender is more successful at. For instance, most men believe they make better drivers and women on the other hand, tend to consider themselves as winners in cooking. Raising children is another example of this long list but with a significant difference. It is where both parties have a vital job in common. In raising children, parents have to try to complete each other and play their role as best as they can. In most cases, while men tend to be calm and easy‐going, women are more stressed and worried about the child which that results in being more caring and becoming the strict parent. Too much freedom and extreme pressure both have negative effects on the child. When parents learn to reach a balance, that is when the desired result is manifested. Finally, it is essential that parents let go of their ego and gender domination in this matter and focus on how they can work together to raise their children. Before a child is born, parents should read relevant books, search the Internet, attend seminars and commit other useful actions to reach a certain level of understanding in order to learn how to first deal with each other and then with the soon‐to‐be new member of the family.
