Women and men are commonly seen as having different strength and weaknesses. Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender? This is an undeniable fact that women and men have many differences due to their biological characteristics and social roles for which they have been preparing since childhood to act on. Therefore, these differences results in different skills and abilities in them which may restrict them from undertaking certan /some kinds of occupations. Most conservative thinkers approve of gender restiriction especially when it comes to professions and occupations. In fact they regard these restrictions as natural due to the fact that gender differences are biologic and consequently natural as well. However, more liberal positions in this debate maintain that because of the general human right to choose one's lifestyle freely, all human beings, regardless of their gender, have this right to choose their favorite profession. But there are many other professions which women can take part in if the state, their families and other social institutions empower them. These are jobs and professions which women have been restricted to get in only as a result of false ideological beliefs and misjudgments. Sometimes the conservative parties and institutions deliberately mislead the society due to some objective benefits. Finally, it can be said that far from neglecting objective facts, women are an oppressed group of most societies who which need to be empowered
