At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages? It is argued in this essay, whether is beneficial for a country to have a larger number of young people in comparison with the older people or not. In this day and age, countries are faced a population inbalance ,in which the rich countries have problem with the low number of young adults in their population hierarchy while other developing countries like India have problem with their population control because of the vast majority of young people. In order to analyze this issue, the both social and economical consequences are needed to be considered. In social view, the countries which have more young people are seem to have more productivity and more power, in other words it seems that increase in young population enriches the country`s constructions. Although no one would disagree that young adults will be more productive for a country in future, this absolutely costs a large amount of energy and money for that country. For instance, a young person between the ages of 16-25 has almost no productivity for his country because he has not any job yet, but the government also should continue to pay for his education. At a deeper sight, in my view, the young population put greater pressure on global economy. In conclusion, I don’t think that the increasing number of young people is always advantageous, rather I firmly believe that countries should take any necessary actions to control the age-balance of the population. If not, that country may face many economical problem in near future.

Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Obviously, residing in a new country has its ups and downs, and it can be considered a seemingly valuable experience. Some social and practical issues, however, will be beginning to appear one after another for the non-natives which can overwhelm them owing to some barriers such as a different tongue and culture. Unfortunately, a new place to live where locals talk in a foreign language has its hardships, especially the social ones. These problems are the confluence of the lack of the communication ability and misunderstanding of the culture. When hardly are newcomers able to speak the tongue, they cannot establish a proper relationship effortlessly, thereby being more likely to loneliness. Thus, they cannot involve themselves in the community and subsequently they may be depressed. Another difficulty which has been cited as the cultural issues associated with living in a foreign country is culture shock. Since many cultural hindrance lay ahead on the way of the foreigners, they need time to understand the new society’s way of life and thereafter they may have to reshape their own culture and adapt to new traditions. Practical obstacles have been quoted as the other common issues which immigrants are struggling with while they are living among people who has a strange way of speaking. Whilst being as a critically important matter, finding a job will turn into a worryingly insurmountable situation for ones who cannot communicate appropriately with natives. Therefore, they may be tend to work illegally, and afterwards will inevitably face its imminent struggles. Consequently, although many could deal with some related issues of living in a new society with a new tongue by immersing themselves into the culture, others cannot manage to defeat them, so those difficulties bring about both cultural and practical problems for non-locals.

As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all works? Today, going to work has become a daily habit of people and they spend most of their time in companies, so feeling happy at workplace can be achieved by some factors such as income, learning and other things that lead to job satisfaction. In my opinion, income is one of the most factors in job satisfaction. Some people have job with high dignity and social position, but because of low revenue they prefer to change their job and seek more proper situations. For example unemployment or low salary causes some graduated doctors or engineers decide to change their jobs and work in another field, so handsome salary is important factor that must be considered. Another factor that affects the productivity is encouragement and suggestion system. The mentioned system helps staff to show themselves to employer and through this method they can be awarded. It is very important that someone who is creative and has innovative idea, should be outstand from the others and can express his or her opinions. Furthermore, another point of job satisfaction is that people feel learning new things everyday and it is not routine job. When job becomes boring, people loose their motivation and this issue causes the productivity becomes lower in organization. I think welfare facilities are another object that must be considered. For instance serving food, making loan, insurance, holding the sport matches and monthly sessions can raise the sense of belonging between the people. So overall, I believe that, many factors affect job satisfaction and can improve it, but it is unrealistic to expect that all these factors be implemented by employer.

Every year several languages die out. Some people think that this is not important because life will be easier if there are fewer languages in the world. Due to globalization we have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of languages throughout the world. While there are valid arguments to the contrary, I personally believe that every nation should attempt to preserve its language as it is an important part of its culture. On the one hand, there would be some reasons that less applicable languages could be allowed to die out since the alternative international language could be more efficient in terms of lexical analysis and grammar use as well as communicating with other countries. Moreover, declining in the variety of languages is likely to bring more similarities which can unite people whereas differences frequently have a tendency to divide. On the other hand, in my belief a country’s language is not only a potent symbol of its culture but also a valuable heritage from its ancestors. Therefore, surviving this undoubtly precious nationhood is the responsibility of every ethnicity because of its importance in maintaining identity. Admittedly if some useless languages have been eradicated all over the world and for example, international languages have superseded them, the life will be more convenient especially when someone tends to travel or cooperate with a foreign company where its staff mostly are familiar with these languages. Nevertheless, I would contend that any language as an essential element of each civilization should never be ignored in a relentless way. In conclusion, I once again restate my view that this national asset should be protected even if it serves no useful purpose for us in international applications.

Since the start point of school is a milestone, parents are found relatively more sensitive and worried in tackling with the issue. Some might consider it helpful and beneficial to start the school at the early ages while others might prefer to postpone it. Starting school in an early childhood brings lots of advantages in its wake. Firstly, children have the opportunity to interact with their peers and solve possible problems on their way independently, thereby boosting up their ability of communication and problem solving. Secondly, being challenged with the newly introduced community and situation, children are more socially developed than those who are left at home with their only parents or barely one or two siblings. Besides, The Stanford research brands the valuable advantages of the early school attendance. Others on the other hand might prone to lag behind the school age of their children. Surprisingly, studies in a university out of Stanford claims that, those parents who waited for an older age benefited more from their children being self-controlled with modulated amount of hyperactivity, it is still not completely proved, though. As an example, opting to postpone the school age is not an uncommon choice in some Nordic countries like Finland which is placed on a top level of education as well, whereas I strongly believe that, only the time could this notion become of value, that parents are provided with enough time to bestow for their children. As it apparent, in our society, parents are fully swamped with the demands of life, so barely could they meet the opportunity to foster their children with optimum development in diverse aspects of their lives, either social or personal ones. Overall, although there are plenty of positive effects on starting school in younger ages, still some parents are faced with this challenging dilemma as to when to start it. Were I to choose, my definite option would have been the early ages, since the benefits outweigh its downsides, if there might be any.

Some people think that it is better to educate boys and girls in separate schools. Others, however, believe that boys and girls benefit more from attending mixed schools. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. The advantages and disadvantages of sending children to mix school have always been a subject of debate. Some individuals believe that single-sex schools are more suitable for pupils. On the contrary, others believe co-educational system have tremendous merits in comparison with separation school. In this article, I will discuss both points of view and clear my side. Some argues persist that boys and girls must be separated during studying especially in Islamic countries. They have acceptable reasons for their selection. One of the main reasons is related to distraction of students when both genders were attended in same school. Another aspect that all the individuals expressed is related to sexual problems like rape or assault in an early age that may happen easily in school periphery. In addition, Islamic countries’ people have positive view about single-sex school because their religious beliefs. On the other hand, mixing schools have huge advantages in comparison with another one. All the children should prepare for their upcoming life. They must learn how to behave with other same ages and adult as soon as possible and school environments are the best place to tackle with this concern. They will learn not only how to react with opposite genders but also cooperation with them. Furthermore, by preparing mix school, governments have lower cost to build same school for both boys and girls. To put it in a nutshell, every idea has merits and demerits and I believe co-education system is more suitable for these day and age. In this era, all societies need cooperation between two genders in proper way and even by segregating in school finally they will go to universities that have no limitation so it is much better to learn social norms to children in an early age.

Farshid, Children Punishment https://www.sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/mondays/358-monday-writing-workshop-1397/writing-workshop-monday-97-08-21/2491-farshid-children-punishment https://www.sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/mondays/358-monday-writing-workshop-1397/writing-workshop-monday-97-08-21/2491-farshid-children-punishment

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behavior to children? Learning the difference between right and wrong is one of the most rudimentary principles of child’s growth and development. While some people believing punishment is totally unacceptable, the others and I claim that several types of punishments could have positive effect on children. To begin with, the youngsters are not mature enough to perceive the right from the wrong, thereby learning such difference from their parents even their teachers; in this regard the role of their parents and teachers will be the delicate one that could encourage them when do something right and in opposite should give them punishment. Besides, not only has such method impressive impact on learning the distinction between right and wrong, but also they figure out that in the real life in future they will be faced severe penalty by doing unlike the law. Hence, on my point of view giving penalty to the children is not harmful which makes them socially profitable person or course we must be careful of type of punishment. While physical punishments are rarely being used in developed countries, they are so common in undeveloped ones that are prohibited by the scientist because of their unfavorable effects on children. In other word, parents and teachers should use other kinds of punishments such as not allowing the child to play video game or even watching TV rather than any other harsh corporal punishment which makes them dull or less creative. To conclude, were I to choose I would definitely vote for necessity of punishment; however, I strongly believe that physical punishment must be avoided.

What are the charactristics of an effective parent? Provide specific reasons ,details, and examples to soport your response. Basic attributes of parents have a vital role in children's personality. The way kids' manners and think depends on how parents behaved toward them. Moreover, they should have potentially suitable features to raising children precisely. From my point of view there are three main points for being useful parents. Firstly, many a person forgets how love is affectively important factor to treat off springs. Not only is being kind with children enjoyable for them but also they will follow the pointing out of adults who has proper relations with them. In other words, instead of mentioning angrily principles, they can respect to their youth also let them know how they are favorite, lovely and important for their parents, as well as showing these in behaviors. In fact, love can felt many coldly unpleasant manners and parents should pay enough attention to their children and love them, too. Secondly, individuals who named mother or father need to understand that their off springs will become similar to themselves. On the one hand, they are the patterns of their kids' futures. In addition, it is crucial for them trying to be properly suitable modeling for their young individuals in act. For instance, kids learn by seeing their parents' activity and they don't care about their advice. Last but not least, altruism is a key practice that effective parents can use it for the way of raising. Furthermore, further their personality can be possible by helping other human beings. Parents have crucial role in teaching proper ethics. On the other hand, in young ages, individuals can learn how being useful is acceptable. For example, many a mother who teaches their young adults to share their food at school with the classmates who may forget to bring something to eat, or teach lessons to whom they couldn’t understand them. In conclusion, not only do parents have a key responsibility for upbringings but also they should be proper patterns for their next generation. Hence, improved the wayof raising, altruistic fathers and mothers will count the bless because of their off springs.

Organized tour to remote community and other countries is increasingly popular. Is it a positive or negative development for the local people and environment? Tourism industry has been broadly popularizing in last few years, which has had many impacts on rural areas in terms of their environment and inhabitants. In this regard, there is a controversial debate as to whether this phenomenon is considered to be a beneficial or detrimental development. In this essay, I will elaborate some pros and cons resulted from this change before giving my own opinion. On the one hand, when a place is discovered as a tourist attraction, the authorities would heed more generously its deficits. To make my point crystal clear, wanting to attract more revenue, the governments would definitely provide the required amenities for tourists. Two of which are their accommodation and transportation facilities, which would certainly ameliorate the domestic people’s life situations as well. Furthermore, hosting more visitors, these distant regions need more hotels, restaurants and serving places, hence more employment opportunities. On the other hand, entering these unspoiled locations, many an individual litters and pollutes the environment carelessly, which causes gradual degradation to many lush/ verdant lands. In addition, sometimes that the visitors pay an exorbitant money for their package (entitles them mistakenly to some self-centered manner?) makes them feel that they have bought all the inhabitants as well. Meaning that, behaving improperly toward local people, tourists let themselves interfere in the life of the domestic dwellers whose solace and peaceful routines has been already disturbed unconsciously. At last, the main conclusion to be drawn from this discussion is that although from an economic point of view, the tourism industry increment is considered to be a sign of growth, poor destination residents have somehow fallen victim to it. Consequently, not only can tourists’ entrance exacerbate local habitats conditions, but it can also ruin the inhabitants’ privacy and cozy lifestyle. Therefore, governments must exert tighter control over tourist activities to deter any disturbance in either domestic people's life or the environment.

Some parents buy their children a large number of toys to play with. What are the advantages and disadvantages for the child of having a large number of toys? The view that purchasing too many playthings than few ones for youngsters is constantly an important concern for parents. Parents who can afford to buy large collection of toys; attempt to prepare all kinds of toys to fulfill their children desires and themselves. The following paragraphs are going to clear pros and cons of this act. It is obvious that for nurturing and raising the children, toys are simplest and popular means, while these may have some drawbacks for them. In compare with the past, nowadays, children have much more facilities and playthings for rearing and educating. The efficiency of them is proved. For instance, Lego makes toddlers and kids more creative and also lets them to learn some alphabets and some geometrical shapes with various colures. Although having a wide range of playthings prepares a lot of opportunities for educating youngsters, it has its negative aspects too. A play room with spaces full of toys may have created a distractive environment for kids, so that they may have divulged their creativity and intelligence in an evolutionary trend. This is not only affecting kids’ innovativeness in a wrong way, but also may make them less appreciates their possessions. In conclusion, I must say what is incontrovertible is to have proper nurtured children for next generations and this is not acquired by countless facilities. According to scientist, for children, in lack of toys conditions, their imaginations and creativities are formed and also through this situation they can learn appreciation for their properties.
