Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. The question of whether the punishments of each crime must be fixed or not is one of the most controversial issues of the modern era. Some people believe that if there is a rule as a punishment, it must be implemented for everyone equally, while the others feel that there are always some other aspects which must be put taken into consideration while the final decision is being mademaking. In this essay I will explore both points of view and then state my opinion in general. On one hand, many people feel strongly that having flexible laws for different criminals not only can (arise) promote spread chaos, but also can increase the level of injustice among the society. In other words, when an offender believes that there is a loophole for escaping from the condemnation by convincing judges through various excuses, he will no longer be deterred from the consequences, hence the augmentation significant rise inof crimes. In addition, as long as the judge has the power of changing the penalty, the bribery is undeniable, in this way, just the inferior ones petty pertatrators/delinquents who cannot afford the price would be subjected to heavy penalties. On the other hand, the other group think that when a judge wants to make a decision about an accused person, he must pay careful attention to all his circumstances while he was committing the mentioned crimes. For example, a murder which is caused from self-defense has nothing to do with a serial killer,. therefore, their situations and as a result their penalties must not be comparable. At last, in my opinion, the main conclusion to be drawn from this discussion is that although outwardly many crimes are the same, but there must be a minimum and maximum penalty for each type of them, and of course a court council to prevent arbitrary decisions and run a justice simultaneously.

Some people choose to have their first child at an older age. What are the reasons? Do advantages outweigh disadvantages? Recent decades have seen a rise in the attitude of having the first child at an older age. There are some underlying reasons about this phenomenon which its whose drawbacks eclipse the merits. The first reason as to why parents have turned to this issue could be making their dreams come true. For example, the couples (who are) willing to pursue their studies in further education find it difficult to manage their time to raise their children, making preference to shirk this responsibility in the early years of their marriage. Furthermore, some newlyweds believe that well financial preparation is of high importance to have a child, since they are willing to provide their kids with all facilities. That means they try to be financially stable ilized, climbing the career ladder when they are younger and more energetic to work. However, it seems that this approach would entail some consequences. Firstly, this is far more likely to bring about a generation gap between parents and their children, which leads to some differences in values, beliefs, attitudes and much more besides. In this case, it is quite probable those family members would not be able to spend good time together as they tend not to understand each other. Moreover, some physical and mental problems might derive from delaying childbirth. For instance, the aged parents, particularly women might have less physical ability to give birth to a child where health problems would threaten both mothers and their infants. Also, parents fail to have adequate patience and energy to devote to their children compared to their youth . (arguably autism is associated with late childbirth) In conclusion, I would argue that the parents taking parental role with a delay have some reasons which, in my opinion, would negatively affect both children and parents in many ways. E-book was a great idea that came into scientists' mind when they saw the its possibilities of it was were provided by with the aid of technology. In this way, everyone could reach any book they wished in any time. Nowadays, this technology is growing and I would like to explain some of its expanding reasons. The first reason could be the accessibility of e-books. Some Books are sometimes hard to find or you should traverse an annoyingly long amount of distance for buying them. However, you can find any books online and read them without moving from your house. Not only is are e-books more accessible, but also it they areis easier to carry and maintain. Keeping a thousand books in your house is quite impossible, while you can save as much many books as you require in your devices and retrieve them immediately. Besides, if you start to read a thousand page book, you could never carry it wherever you go, because it is so extremely heavy and bulky. But with ebooks, we can carry any book with whatever volume it has and face no problem. Although e-book has many advantages, too much using it/overuse can risk our health. Our ability of sight could be affected by LCD of devices which we use for reading e-books and our neck bones get under pressure while using it, so we should control the amount of time we are using e-book. In conclusion, e-book is a technology that is assisting us in obtaining every book we need in any time we want and is helping us to get rid of books' maintenance problems. But using e-book can harm our health, hence we should manage employing it so it would be harmless/less harmful for us.

Some people believe that parents play an important role in a person's success, because the way children are brought up affects their readiness for adult life. Do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and examples from your own experience. That parents have a vital role in children's success in the future is indisputable, due to the fact that children's rearing methods influence their coming lives and also it has a superior importance for the community. Although some laws that parents introduce for their children look unfair, they are so extremely useful for children. Because children get used to respecting the rules. A case in point, my parents obliged me and also my siblings to wake up soon and eat our breakfast when we went to school. Not only is was it beneficial for us that timesthen in terms of understanding our lessons, but also now, I benefit from their behavior. To put it simply, if I get up soon, I will have time to do some relaxation activities and also get ready in a proper time and most importantly, be in a good temper during the day. On the other hand, crime figures have risen, besides most of them are rooted in their childhood. Only when we invest in our small community called family, can we can except to have a safe society, do we invest in our small community called family, hence families are the pillar of every society. The more parents make their every effort to raise children in a proper way, the more we have both law-abiding and successful citizens. In a nutshell, it is incumbent on parents to nurture their children for the betterment of society as a whole. A society where individuals' pay attention to their children's adults lives is a suitable place for living, while when it adapts adopts a proper policy.

In some countries young people are encouraged to work or travel for a year between finishing high school and starting university studies. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages for young people who decide to do this. Finding the most suitable field to proceed to study is one of the most difficult decisions during everybody's life. A lot of people share this idea, even though I think there would be some downsides. Raising your work experience and recognizing that what kind of study is more suitable for you are the merits of this approach. Most young people do not have enough information about the majority of majors, especially ones which are the most difficult to graduate in. Therefore, going through working in a few fields would be so helpful to choose an appropriate field of study. But how about having a travel before studying at a university? My own idea is that undergoing a journey is not as much decent as having a job experience and in contrast, you will lose the most worthwhile time in your life. However, it could be a practical decision if you had the journey to gather some information about foreign countries' universities. Which one do I prefer? I tend to say that postponing high level educations can lead to being lazy in continuing your study. For instance, I started to study as a bachelor and master's student exactly after finishing the high school and my bachelor education, respectively. Also, it must be said that I had a good enough a survey on what major I would want to educate study at and finally I am delighted by what I chose. In conclusion, encouraging young people to work or travel for a year before starting an education at universities is so practical, though the aim of this approach must be mentioned and highlighted. Personally, I think that you can make an admirable decision before finishing the previous level by considering a lot of influencing factors instead of postponing the next study.
