Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your opinion. Accepting or avoiding changes depends on individuals’ personality and environmental circumstances. In my opinion, these two groups of people have no advantage over each other and each one has its own pros and cons. Avoiding change may be a result of lack of self-confidence, in other words, these kinds of people are afraid of any disruption in their routines that make them anxious. Although this lifestyle makes them calm, they deprive themselves of different exciting events in their life and encountering new experiences thereby improving/which can improve their personality and their skills. However, changing becomes an inevitable fact in nowadays today’s human life. During the last decades with technological advances/by improving technologies the pace of change in the environment has increased dramatically that has led toleads to an evolution in individuals’ lifestyle. Hence, even if someone has no will to change, the living environment forces him them to change.seek sought sought On the other hand, some people are seeking new challenges. They are bored if their life becomes monotonous and prefer to gain novel experiences. Leadership and adaptable adaptability are usually part of their personality that can encourage them to take risks to achieve their goals. However, some individuals ruin their lives by a lack of stability in life. Trying different careers or being in various relationships may inflict irreparable damage on their life. To sum up, infrom my point of view/in my view, according to the aforementioned discussion, it does not matter what which group of people you belong to. In fact, the what is importance important is to have a passion and the enthusiasm for the way you live and avoid destructive behaviours. Look me in the eye She is at home She is in the home

Which one is the most important factor to help you work productively? 1. Having an environment free of noise and distractions 2. Knowing that you will receive a reward 3. Doing something you are interested in Nowadays, due to the close competition between companies, the majority of directors are looking for the elements playing a significant role in staffs̕ productivity to take over their rivals. An appropriate situation at work, external motivation, such as extra salary, and internal incentive are some of the vital factors in this regard; however, there is not any consensus as to which is the most important/about the most important one. I, myself, believe that appealing activities are more probable likely to lead to productiveness than others because of some reasons. Firstly, when you perform something a task/an assignment you are passionate about, you do it with your heart. In other words, it is not just your duty, your work is your crush, so you do not need to persuade yourself to get up in the morning to go to your office. You do not struggle to do/ your responsibilities, because it not just a commitment, it is a favorite, and it can definitely influence the quality of your work. As an example, two years ago when I was working on a project which was not my interest, I was always late to start my work. I did not have all my attention during the job, and I looked at my clock/watch frequently to get rid of it. At least some part of my concentration was allocated for thinking about activities I had planned to do after job. Meanwhile, I finished a quarterly project in six months. I donated more time, more endeavor, but with less efficiency. Hence, when people do a disliked job, even though they spend more time and energy, but the output is not desirable. Secondly, when you do an occupation because of some rewards, it increase your motivation, but just for a short time. One of the necessities for continuing a some work is relentless effort. You will face some obstacles in this process which can diminish your drive and cease your project, and you can overcome the problems only when a the work is pleasurable for you. When I was working on my master̕ s thesis five years ago, I came across various difficulties, each of them which had thea potential to hold back off my project. The only reason which moved me forward was my enthusiasm. Had I not loved the topic of my thesis, I would have stopped it. As a result, although some external reasons, such as money, seems tempting, they do not assure an efficacious result. In conclusion, I believe an appealing work task/job/duty/assignment/responsibility is the most important factor in success. Not only will you enjoy doing it, but also you will more effectively conquer difficulties.

Some people feel that paparazzi should not follow celebrities and invade their privacy by taking pictures of them everywhere, while others believe this is just the price of fame. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. Since the inception of media the life of popular stars has been highly attractive to the public, putting them in the spotlight constantly, on or off the stage. However, it is often argued they have the right to be alone, a right often violated by paparazzi. Although celebrities might enjoy swaggering from place to place, surrounded by their fans, they, as much as their ordinary audience, sometimes seek privacy to cease the constant crowd surfing. However, this sweet dream is often snatched by the flash of a paparazzi’s cameras. Following stars step-by-step, asking questions to their yield point, and taking photos not when they pose but when they try to hide, the paparazzi seem to know how to push their prey’s s’ buttons along with their cameras’. A simple ‘no’ will never suffice, or worse it might be interpreted as a ‘yes, please’. For a person who feeds on others’ injuries and miseries, a low point can be a summit. Whether fleeting, blocking your face with various objects, wearing creative disguise, as the late Michael Jackson used to, or encountering your shadows, while throwing punches like Aleck Baldwin, as a celebrity you are doomed to fall prey to your paparazzi, simply because this is their job and how their business runs. Granted, privacy is a right that all people deserve irrespective of their social status. Nonetheless, this is the life celebrities voluntarily choose. The paparazzi industry is by no means new. In fact, it may date back to the time the entertainment industry was established, or started to flourish. Therefore, these allegedly poor targets knew what world they were about to step in when they signed for it, but it all perhaps seemed trivial or forgettable then next to the glamorous lifestyle they would fantasize to lead. More importantly, the society which lets celebrities enjoy their fame also encourages paparazzi; that is, the paparazzi is a by-product of the entertainment industry, or at least they go hand-in-hand. In conclusion, although the idea of paparazzi per se and what they do seems as repulsive as parasites feeding on their host, celebrities are not those innocent victims publically perceived; rather victims of their own success. I believe celebrities should embrace the fact that this is the price they pay for being famous, and that there is no point in fighting back in this war, a modern-world war between popular icons and their sworn enemies, a war in which a camera happens to be mightier than any sword.
