As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers? Despite having a job which people are passionate about is crucial, most people consider the salary as the main reason for choosing an occupation. Besides, finding a satisfying job in today’s nowadays competitive life maybe not achievable. Job satisfaction depends on diverse factors and circumstances and has various definitions from each person's perspective. In my opinion it is not practical to provide job satisfaction for all employees and workers. Having enthusiasm for the occupation is the first step of satisfaction. Some people are working twelve hours or more a day which means half of their time in life. Working without any passion can make life miserable which result in depression and even serious problems in personal life. On the other hand, doing the some favourite work leads to delight, commitment, and better performance. Personal perspective can have a significant impact on people satisfaction whether in work or other parts of life. Of course, there have been massive of people who are occupying in a job that is not their desire, because of the income or compulsion, but they try to enjoy their time in by making the surroundings pleasant or any creative action. The Workplace as another factor plays an important role in employees’ satisfaction. Besides the colleagues' behaviour, the physical condition of the environment and the presence of areas such as rest rooms or coffee houses, the treatment of employers and managers, and the atmosphere in the environment are other factors of job satisfaction. Overall, each person has a different desire. Although sufficient salary, enjoyable environment, a neat workplace, and a friendly atmosphere can increase the workers' satisfaction, I think it is not possible to satisfy everyone while in fact preparing the ideal workplace for everybody is a utopia.

Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and academic world. Others believe some information is too important or valuable to be showed freely. Discuss both views and give your opinion Whether to give all people access to all people of scientific, educational, and business related materials/datatopics is a matter of concern to many. Although some are of the view that they must be kept secret, others believe the opposite and I subscribe to the latter view. On the one hand, the advocates of the disclosure of knowledge assert that by releasing confidential information a ground for acts of terror and violence would be created. Becoming aware of the other countries’ latest research topics or the area of their concentration in business, those in search of ways to jeopardize other nationalities would have an easier job. Think of the information on a nuclear weapon and the procedure of producing it available on the Internet and the threats awaiting to endanger the lives of the world's population if in hands of some people filled with hatred or animosity. How much more insecure would our cities become and how devastating it would it be for societies if every individual’s access to such valuable knowledge is were facilitated? On the other hand, the proponents of publicizing the knowledge of scientists and scholars claim that it would be beneficial in several ways. Firstly, the more easy-to-reach information becomes, the higher the levels of public awareness would be. Being provided with the latest updates in important principalsprinciples/materials, mass people can enjoy a wider range of insights or guidelines to improve their lives in terms of their career, health or relationships. Secondly, the scholars of all nationalities can derive benefit from the previous improvements and experiences of their international peers. Thus, scientific projects would be accelerated and consequently the lives of many would besaved. For instance, a vaccine found in one side of the world that prevents catching/the spread of fatal diseases like Aids can work profoundly in favor of humankind on the other side of the world. In conclusion, although the necessity of keeping some information secret is undeniable, I contend the advantages brought about by their wide availability can positively affect the world as a whole.

It takes time forto humans to find a solution.may humans may have to flight the aliens. This issue cause technological and natural life human to stop. But I believe that we can search for them into space and allowed ourselves to that find them. I think if they have excilent technological technologies whichit will help our life and so it is worth.

These days economy and political politics are the most important thing factors/parameters in international relationships in the world. They accept that everyone must be rich in their country and then China began to would be rich and developed. Iran is a wealthy country in aspect of labor, environment, and natural resources.
