The only way to solve the increasing crime rate of young offenders is to teach parents better parenting skills. To what extent do you agree? The crime rate amongst the young adults is growing over the last couple of decades, and while many believe that the resolution of this critically important social plight has nothing to do with juvenile delinquents. They in fact, subscribe to the view that parents’ play a more crucial role than that of their children to reduce the juvenile crime rate. The development of the brain is influenced by many factors, including a child’s relationships, experiences and environment, and undoubtedly in most cases a child’s very first role model is his parents, hence the parents’ significant impact on children. Absorbing every piece of information, a child’s brain works like a sponge, and parents can teach the adults of tomorrow the values of their society during these golden ages. Only if parents are trained and completely aware of their pivotal role, can we expect to have a law abiding generation in future. Having said that, the absolute paramount importance of mass media on children’s behavior cannot be overlooked. Tired of the hectic pace of life, parents rarely find time to spend with their apple of their eyes, and instead children are mostly enchanted with social networking sites, popular messaging applications and attracting products from the entertainment companies. I maintain that in this day and age not only does the media has have a significant impact on children’s behavior, but it also influencesd people from all walks of life, parents included. To cut a long story short, I maintain that children’s behavior is a confluence of factors ranging from parenting, mass media, and genetics. Arguably, it is high time officials stopped blaming criminals, and point the finger to the inadequate awareness which resulted results from an insufficient educational system.

Some people believe that in today’s world, individuals should not stay in their jobs or careers for their whole lives and that would be beneficial to try some other jobs at least once. Discuss both views and tell your opinion. That a person can keep doing the same career over years is widely related to various contributions. People should value their job opportunities provided for them more than that of in the past to try other possible career paths being offered. In your opinion which of the following is the best thing to do? 1. Interrupt and correct the mistake right away; 2. Wait until the class or meeting is over and the people are gone, and then talk to the teacher or the meeting leader; 3.say nothing. Picking the right attitude in this situation is quite controversial and can vary from a person to person another dependings on her or his view point and personality. However, if I were to choose between these three options I would definitely go for the second one due to some reasons which I will explain in the following essay. To begin with, as opposed to many people who prefer to interrupt and correct some one’s mistake, I think the best way to mention someone’s blunder is to discuss it in person and especially in private which is why I reckon that talking to the lecturer after the class or meeting gives you the opportunity to mention them the point they made wrong in their speech in an appropriate environment. To Remind someone’s mistake in public may make them him or her shy in front of the audience. Moreover, by talking to the person after the class or meeting, you increase the efficiency of your mentioning. My college experience is a compelling example of this approach theory. One of my university professors mentioned a figure wrong through his lecture, so I waited until the class was over then I told tell him the accurate number and he accepted my point and thanked me a lot. Secondly, Correcting the lecturer’s mistake after the class or meeting not only gives you the space to talk about it, but also provides you with enough time to convince them and having enough time to open the issue plays a key role in these situations. Moreover, interrupting someone in the middle of her/him (their) speech in order to prove they are wrong can makes them nervous and leads/leading to forgetting the rest of their speech. For instance, last semester I was called on to give a talk in front of a class and I was stressed out, so I made a wrong point inadvertently by mistake and someone stopped me to correct me but her behavior made me even more nervous and I could not focus on the rest of my talk. That is why I believe in the idea that you should talk to the lecturer after the class or a meeting. In conclusion, if you want to make an impressive move and correct someone’s point, without a doubt, it is better not to interrupt them and try to do it in a private place in order for them to accept your hint gist.

In this regard, many believe that in order to succeed in a profession, consistency is the key factor. There are people, however, who look at this idea with skepticism. In this essay, both sides of this discussion will be addressed and a conclusion will be provided. To begin with, those who support the idea of working at the same place for a long period of time point out to the nature of the job changing mechanism as a stressful process. Those who change their occupation more frequently deal with much higher levels of stress than their more inert counterparts. This can eventually lead to mental and physical illnesses. Another advantage of this approach is the higher chance of job promotion. It cannot be denied that those who change their job in short periods of times will not have the opportunity to prove themselves to their employers, thus depriving themselves from of promotion. On the other hand, however, those who are in favor of switching jobs more frequently not only consider the challenges of adjusting to a new job position not threatening to the mental and physical state, but also rather effective in making progress. It is only through facing new challenges that one can gain more expertise in solving problems. Furthermore, the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends in this way should not be forgotten either. The privilege of being able to expand relations will be helpful in elevating one’s social status in society. To culminate, while it seems that both groups have valid arguments related to this discussion, a more balanced approach appears to be more practical.

On the one hand, it is believed that sports players’ involvement can be regarded as a win-win situation for both companies and players. First, famous athletes can monetarily benefit from appearing in various types of advertisements and live a better life with the minimum effort. Due to injuries and mishaps, professional life for could be extremely short, .for many athletes this short time is the only time that they can make money like this. Being exposed to a large variety of physical damage, putting tremendous effort into their career, and desperately seeking the opportunity to be seen as a diamond in the rough, this easy money is not more than the small sack of coins thrown for the last man standing in the arena. Moreover, companies can also take advantage of a great deal of publicity surrounding sports stars. With many fans and followers around the world, many players can outperform any kind of advertising in contemporary life. The legendary football player, Cristiano Ronaldo, can be an example. Gaining the reputation as the owner of the world’s top Instagram page, he can be frequently seen in sportswear manufacturers’ advertisements such as Nike or Adidas, aiming particularly at his fans. On the other hand, it seems that exploiting the reputation of star players is unfair to not only the public but perhaps even the players’ integrity. Abusing the sports lover’s passion who worship their favorite athletes and follow their footsteps in life is yet another nasty technique in advertising. This, albeit appealing through gaining more money or even publicity, can ruin their reputation as they betray their followers’ trust. There have been numerous instances of such walking sandwich boards who found their fame in tatters for the false advertising they have been involved. In conclusion, although the presence of sports players in advertising can be considered advantageous for sports companies and players, I believe this is unethical to the public and players in general.
