After that, we are approaching are exposed to different behaviors in order toand follow our teachers, friends, society and even media. Many people claim that if you have a talent in a field you will be successful in it. However, in my opinion for approaching a goal we need to hold on to our target and practice more than depending on our talents. Although intelligence is inherited, if we want to approach to the knowledge and wisdom about a specific matter, without effort, experience and testing process we might not be able to achieve it. In conclusion, to be born with talent and witting does not mean that we have everything, because even without special gifts, it is our experiences, struggles and communications in life which leads us to gain whatever we wish to. To this end, we choose our way considering everything we have learnt during our life so adacquiredventitious learning have has more impact on our lives.

Whereas, developing self-regulation can lead to them being successful in the social life, the way of learning is a considerably crucial factor. Many believe that retribution is the best way to achieve this goal, and they consider it a requirement, whilst not only does it not correlate with children’s self-confidence improvements, but also it can rule out their self-esteem progress, thereby developing an intense complex. Thus, an encouraging and discouraging approach can direct them toward learning functional inner mechanisms to guide them through their decision. Consequently, although seeming to be a proper determination, enabling the ability of self-regulation in children at the expense of moral and behavioral issues, by virtue of some strict penalties, is not a sensible notion. Therefore, by some kind but firm sanctions such as learning how to make up and compensate what they did like picking up the rubbish they have thrown or apologizinge to whom they insulted this goal is more likely attainable.

Another point worth to be mentioned is mental and spiritual status of children in the separate groups. Hencesimply put/that is to sayu, grouping or classifying children can affect their perspective towards themselves which causes low self-esteem and boredom. Such discrimination roots is rooted in the teachers’ focus on disability; when a child encounters with such situations and is kept in an inferior status, it leads to depression and underestimating his abilities. All in all, in a classroom with a large number of students with various behaviors and talents, the most effective method to improve the class efficiency is asking children to have group work, but the groups including all individuals – obedient or disobedient, quiet or noisy; such a technique would prevent degrading learners’ personality and their persistence on in their wrong doing and at the same time assists the self-awareness about their manners towards others.

But destroying it only takes a few minutes. Hence, to save the environment, there must be restrictive policies. A look at the environmental situation shows the need for a more severe encounter. Complete supervision on construction has to be mandatory and if a case is found trespassing the limitation, strict action must be taken. In addition of to the above discussion, many of damages are committed by people who are reckless to the environment. Such destructions which are done by individuals can be reduced by both teaching and punishing. Educational programs play an important role especially on children.
