Currently there is a trend towards the use of alternative forms of medicine. However, at best these methods are ineffective, and at worst they may be dangerous. To what extent do you agree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own experience or knowledge. These days many are willing to undergo alternative treatment rather than conventional ones. Yet there remains some disagreement as to whether such a trend should be considered optimistically or pessimistically. While there is certainly valid arguments to the contrary, I personally believe that the drawbacks of this practice outweigh its advantages. First of all, it is an indisputable fact that there is not strong scientific evidence behind the alternative medicine field of science and for some cases of this medical method, they are virtually unheard of two decades ago, so the less experience based a science is, the less deeply addressed the field of knowledge is, hence, the lack of conviencing knowledge-based evidence about alternative medicine. A case in point is homeopathy which has become widespread, especially in western countries. Equally importantly, however, in terms of effectiveness of alternative medicine, what can be impressive is placebo effect and psychological issues. Hence/therefore, the sheer effect of this treatment is not as conspicuous as its conventional counterpart. Although usually having access to the minimum side effect, alternative medicine is more likely to be set for being effective in the long term and for chronic conditions than in short term. Acupuncture is a particularly good example in this regard. Admittedly there is an alternative therapies fever in some areas throughout the globe which can be in some cases a testament to the effectiveness of this kind of cure. Nonetheless in reality, dealing with serious medical problems, conventional medicine possesses the ability of being effective and efficient in saving individuals' life which can be highlighted in any surgeries and operations. In conclusion, each kind of therapyies has its own target which makes it difficult to compare the priority of each one and in some cases if people were provided with a mix of these two types of treatment, it would be more fruitful in terms of effectiveness and fewer side effects.

A group of people opine that specific punishment should be examined by lawmakers for an individual crime. If this consideration was helpful, governments with strict laws would have no problem. While, countries such as Saudi Arabia with severe disciplines to bring people under their control have encountered many troubles. Fixed punishments not only did not reduce the crime rates in these countries, but also motivated people to protest against inappropriately made laws. On the other hand, others suppose that conditions/circumstances should be taken into account for penalty determination. For instance, when someone encounters a situation where they have which has to defend themselves himself/herself and that case ends up in to murder, this happening assumes as self-defense and death penalty is not fair for this person. In my estimation, these are some innocents innocent people who commit illegal action (without malice aforethought)/unintentionally. Although they are lawbreakers, they should be judged justly by considering all motivations and convincing factors that changed that person into a wrong doer. To conclude, judges should penalize offenders regarding persuasive terms and they should not decide based on prejudgment about the guilty of an offence. Flexibility and a sense of justice help them to establish punishments squarely.

It is true that using the internet for long hours can cause a detrimental impact on either both emotional and physical health. For instance, it would damage both physical posture and brain cells meanwhile, leadings people to end up addicted which is testament to seclusion and alienation. Moreover, the social network addicts would have difficulties in forming face-time communications. They may have a fear (in) approaching with the people especially with those of a different gender. In contrast, the benefits of the visual world cannot be denied. Nowadays, people can contact to their families and friends more easily and cheaply over the long distance. Furthermore, many businesses these days depends on the internet since many conferences and meetings are held dispose via video calls. In conclusion, although the internet has massive advantages in different aspects, but I opine that its the usage of it should be eliminated. In addition, people should dedicate more time to visual interactions.

Studying and being a student are always associated with research,. a group of people believe printed materials can be more helpful than online materials and the another group on the contrary/quite the contrary. As far as I am concerned, the latter group and I are on the same page. To start with, online information is more up to date than that of the printed one. It does not mean you can rely on whatever you find on the internet, but both writing and the process of publishing a book take a long time and as we know, with the high speed of developing technology, it is not possible to update up to speed a printed book immediately. In addition, you can have the articles whenever you want. When I was a university student, I went to on a trip for holidays and I wanted to prepare my proposal. In that time, if I wanted to use books, I would have should to carry a lot of heavy books with me by myself to work on my project. But I prefered to use online articles and e-books for which I just needed a good internet connection to have them. Moreover, searching in a library to find the exactly of what you want not only did takes a lot of energy, but also time. Last but not least, produced with harmful environmental consequences, printed books are more expensive than online materials. So online materials could be used by a wide various range of people, and money will not be a limitation for education. To sum it up, I opine, as a comparison between searching online, or in printed books, the advantages of the online search carry more weight than those that of printed ones.

In conclusion, by considering the advantages it that this development brings, we have no other way to accept this modern phenomenona. we had better accept this trend and try to get along with it.
