Some employerses want to be able to contact with their staff at all times, even on holidays. Does this development have more advantages than disadvantages? In this day and age, due to modern communication devices, people can get in touch easily where in which individuals are complaining about their fragile peace even when they are on holidays. Some bosses are looking forward to such an accessibility. These improvements are like a double-edged sword,. in other words, they have both their pros and cons. First and foremost, in modern society it is essential to remain up-to-date and in touch in order to be available for duties so that one can stand in the edge of progress. It is up to you to decide whether you look for tranquility or opportunity because the majority of people who are exposed to sweaty jobs will gain more. On the other hand, it is believed that when you are on holidays you have to spend quality time with your family or friends and leave your problems at work, at work. When you are have decided to have a time of rest from work you have to be temporarily away from your job lest you get sick of the workplace stresses. Therefore, you can regain your energy when you get rid of stress to a large extent/completely in a few days off. In addition, the boss-employee relationship is like others we need to manage in our lives. There is no law to support that you have to be in touch all times. Both parties have to manage their expectations and communication, so that thus issues cannot break this relationship. By way of conclusion, there are strong arguments on both sides of the debate. It is an optional situation that which have has priority to a person. However, after analyzing I opine that having minimum contact with the job when one leaves the workplace will give a chance to relax and refresh one’s mind. Hence, the disadvantages of this development outweigh the advantage.

Global warming is one of the most serious issues that the world is facing today. What are the causes of global warming and what measures can governments and individuals take to tackle the issue? It is needless to say that how much harmful the global warming is, hence raising the public awareness of reasons of this phenomenon is absolutely essential. It is incumbent upon governments and individuals to tackle this these major problems which could be addressed as below. There are several causes for global warming. One of the most influential factors is carbon foot print. Digging up coal and oil which are rich in carbon, and burning them play a the pivotal role in producing greenhouse gases. When the rate of these heat-trapping gases goes up, these gases function as glass of the green house which brings about negative climate change in the earth. What can be noted is there are several activities which produce these harmful gases increasingly. Driving big cars, factory waste and domestic energy consumption cause these gases to get released into the atmosphere. In addition, cutting down the forests is another reason. Trees can take carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. Therefore, their contribution to in stopping global warming is significant. From a scientific point of view few, there is a strong bond/correlation between the amount of carbon dioxide and climate change. In other words, burning fossil fuels has resulted in a higher level of gases which has been derived from the natural system out of balance. To solve this pressing problem, it is clear that the global warming cannot be managed at the scale of individuals. This managing has to take place at a global level. In other words, this important issue needs the international agreement. In terms of individuals, all measures which affect cutting down of domestic fuels consumption can be influential. For example, using the public transportation service and even closing or opening the windows for setting the temperature in the house, for in the purpose of reducing the amount of fossil fuels are significantly important. As it is clearclearly/obviously, even small changes in the people's lifestyle could be effective in this regard. From a governmental standpoint, people should be equipped with using solar power and environmentally friendly energy whose emission rate of gas is are really low.Governments should enforce eco-friendly laws. For instance, car owners should be compelled to equip their vehicles with catalytic converters which reduce the amount of pollution. Governments and individuals should respectively take responsibility for about creating and safeguarding the forest. In conclusion, it is incumbent on governments and people to do much more because/in that while any negligence of the environment takes a heavy toll for the earth which is significantly due to global warming.

For instance, a person with a high risk of depression among their family’s members could start participating is psychotherapy sessions from a young age. Moreover, what these investigations might bring about is pride and joy in case of any story related to a successful achievement or victory in a war. These samples could strengthen family ties and give them the required the power to endure difficult situations. (much needed) Nowadays, with the emergence of technology, the method of living has radically changed compared to past. Thus, adapting to the ever-changing modern lifestyle is a key to success. It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. Childhood is a very important stage in life and the way that parents deal with them it will determine their children's personality behavior and treatment in future. Certainly all parents assign a huge amount of time and energy to teaching children how to behave. But some of them don’t know the right method and they don’t achieve the result that they wished for. For instance, some actions like physical or emotional spiritual punishments or having extra/unrealistic exceeded expectations from them in detection of wrong from right in early ages. Although However, I think that’s an advantage or even essential for them but with over expectation and putting pressure parents can cause deeply entrenched problems for their future life. Another method of punishment that could be useful is to show that if we praise them for a good decision or a positive deed work we can also punish them for a wrong decision or a non admireable work or as the saying goes "we give them a taste of their own medicine." Anyway, in my estimation sooner or later children will be able to see the difference between right and wrong and parents determine when it happens with the decision that if they want to be supportive or they want to be punishers and make children to put their trusts in on someone else. We should know the fact that children become what we are not what we want.

On the one hand, many people assert that local history plays a vital role in a nation's life style, so it is quite important for students to study their local history. Simply put, by learning local history individuals recognize their ancestors’ mistakes. Mistakes which caused either to lost them to lose either their land, glory or freedom. Thus, studying local history creates a golden chance for schoolchildren to understand those human errors and try not to repeat them. On the other hand, learning the world history have has many advantages. The first and foremost merit is that schoolchildren can understand and learn methods by which a nation have has become a strong one. However, another the other one lost its power and glory. For instance, studying European’s history is a golden chance by which we distinguish that how Renaissance happened in Europe which is a bridge between the dark middle ages and modern history.
