To address the hazard of the development of infrastructures careful planning is of paramount importance. For instance, planners should consider efficient water delivery services and inadequate sewage disposal systems as a basic need for all cities. An increase in population, unplanned city development and unlicensed construction are usually associated with growth of urban sprawl which leads to environmental, social and economic impacts. Increased public costs, energy consumption and unemployment rate are a few some results of poor planning. The quality of life of the inhabitants will be threatened unless required action is taken by the municipality. Furthermore, lifestyle issues also benefit from proper planning. It can provide efficient and effective infrastructure, which leads to decent living standards such as higher quality of public services, a drastic decline in the rate of unemployment and more hygienic living conditions. The more time spent on planning, the more comfortable environment could be provided. From In my point of view, what one does to graduate not only helps one them afford one's their life, but also enhances their logical thinking which could be so worthwhile an achievement to pursue. For long, it has been extensively believed and asserted that society needs a variety of jobs many of which do not demand a highly-educated holder. That is why in most communities a majority of people do not seem to be keen on learning anything else other than what would help them end up with in a higher salary, but not is it fair to exclude anyone from the advantages of being academically educated in the name of their needlessness to higher degrees, neither is the only benefit of holding a university degree is a better employment and nor even success in life is limited to getting or holding down a desirable job.(vague) Given the many years that university title holders have to spend learning how to find answers to all questions they face, the public opinion should arrive at the fact that a graduation is not merely (or exclusively?) a university title.
