Visitors should follow local customs and behaviors or the host country should welcome cultural differences? Which one do your support and why? It has always been always highly debatable whether tourists to other countries should abide by the respective rules and customs the host country or the host country should be accustomed with their cultural differences. Since travelling allows us to is meant to visit new things/sites, places therefore , following the local customs is far preferable. First of all, Travelling is a good opportunity to try new things/experiences such as traditional cuisines, music and customs and those who just travel to view landscapes waste a perfect chance to learn something new. If they aim to meet just the same customs or other aspects of their own themselves' culture, it is questionable why they have intended to visit other places in the first place? Then again, the ignorance of the local customs might lead to a big problem since it is disrespectful to the another culture. Furthermore, if individuals comply with the local customs of others in its respective places, it means mutual understanding to each other. Secondly, encountering other cultures, not only will it not to bring about a culture shock but also it will entail many positive impacts on our culture or even our demeanors. For example, havinge traveled to a country such as Japan japan which where it is well-known as a country whose people are punctual, the visitors thereafter prize for time. On the other hand, these differences and contradictions are the main reasons why which travelers are motivated by to travel and visit them. The stranger more odd and strange the cultural features are, the more interesting it is for visitors. In conclusion, observing the traditions of the host country could pave the way for enhancing the tourist attractions and also preserving the cultural heritage of those places. Besides, it is an invaluable and interesting experience which visitors could bring as a souvenir. Arefeh

Many governments think that economic progress is their most important goal. Some people, however, think that other types of progress are equally important for a country. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. It is obvious that humans have been seeking for wealth and welfare throughout history. The economic progress of a country can have straight influence on its citizens’ life if income parity existsgrants. In this regard, from my point of view, economic prosperity of a country takes precedence over (is much more important than) other types of progress. On the one hand, the advocates of the importance of economic progress believe that this issue influences every field of a society such as industry, agriculture, industrial, agricultural as well as educational and politicsal. An economically uplifted country not only has the power of conducting an import and export business over the world, but also it has authority of making decisions about world’s issues. Furthermore, it is crystal clear that economic development entails a better educational system. To this end, providing decent educational facilities leads to having an entrepreneurial society. On the other hand, the opponents of this view are strongly of the opinion that other types of progress like social, political and preserving cultural heritages must be considered. They argue that traditional rituals of a country could be perish by paying excessive attention to economic progress. Besides, there is not any correlation between political achievements and economic development. Providing a safe society requires both laws and an efficient political outlook. Personally, were I to opt for either sides of this controversy I would vote for the necessity of economic growth due to the facts mentioned above. Moreover, it can alleviate poverty and illiteracy provided that wealth is fairly distributed. fairly. To sum up, as the greater good of individuals is accommodating a decent life, economic development of a country is of paramount importance.

Employers Sometimes Ask People Applying for Personal Information, Such as Their Hobbies and Interests, Sarang Rose https://www.sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/179-fridays-writing-workshop-1395/writing-workshop-friday-95-08-14/984-employers-sometimes-ask-people-applying-for-personal-information-such-as-their-hobbies-and-interests-sarang-rose https://www.sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/179-fridays-writing-workshop-1395/writing-workshop-friday-95-08-14/984-employers-sometimes-ask-people-applying-for-personal-information-such-as-their-hobbies-and-interests-sarang-rose

Task: Employers sometimes ask people applying for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful others disagree. Discuss both views and give your own opinion? Individuals who are looking for a job face different policies in each company regarding their recruiting methods. Some employers prepare forms with tons dozens of personal information while others are not interested in these kinds of data. From my perspective, private information is not a key point for employers. Proponents assert that enterprises need require to know about job seekers’ personalities because this information it plays a vital role in distinguishing applicants' personalities. In other words, by this method they will be able to understand that whether the applicants meet the company’s culture or not. In addition, advocates claim that by collecting private data companiesy will be capable of /able to prevent/preventing applicants from future abuse. For instance, supporters claim that by judging applicants’ habits or interests, managers will be able to understand/realize whether job-seekers are aloof or outgoing. Simply put, the more data, the more recognition. Opponents, in spite of these arguments, believe that there are enormous numbers of practical and reliable/trustable techniques to recognize applicants’ abilities and characters, so recruiters do not need to demand for private data. They assert that through/by some new psychological tests such as Emotion Quotient or asking for applicants’ resume they will be able to distinguish job seekers' capabilities. For example, in many modern and contemporary enterprises the Human Resource department asks applicants to write a covering letter in order to demonstrate their experiences and abilities for the requested positon or take an EQ test. To put it in a nutshell, my personal conviction in this regard is that requesting for private data, is not an appropriate method to recognize the decent applicants as job seekers can easily conceal the real information, so I think it is far better for companies to change/alter/modify/adjust their method and utilize more modern and reliable alternatives choice such as EQ tests or asking for resumes.

Nowadays with advances in technology and translation software people no longer need to learn new languages to communicate. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your own opinion and relevant examples. New developments in the field of computer- aided translating has diminished people’s reliance on knowing new languages. However, pervasive usage of computer software, which are technically lacks the ability to completely, and more importantly precisely, transfer the author’s demanded concepts to audiences, has raised crucial questions globally. Many professional companies, such as Google or Microsoft, have put a lot of effort into enhancing their translator modules asserting that these programs are enriching users’ vocabulary and improvinge their domination of on grammatical structures. Moreover, they feel optimistic about their future improvements to replace human translators with by machines ones to reduce the cost and time of interpreting every text or speech. They claim that next generations would not need to learn any other language inasmuch as online translating applications will interpret every spoken language synchronously. On the other hand, Carried out researches on computer translated texts demonstrate that in numerous cases not only are machines unable to discover the writer’s primary intent, but also they fail to deliver that purpose without depletion. The more complicated an article wasis, the more deviation from the original text is test has been revealed. Therefore, linguistics linguists are of the belief that not only could not these applications reflect the main idea of scientific articles, but also they will mislead readers to find useful data. Considering both sides of this quarrel, I conclude that the solely use of a machine translator to convert the language of an article, however sophisticated its interpreting algorithm is, would not be of any benefit. It is advisable to equip human ones with computerized interpreting facilities or programs to accelerate their working, and widen their accessible words. In other words, to achieve an understandable result it is necessary to utilize human decisions to collocate the original subjects, and sum up the whole version. Hosein Talebi

TOPIC: Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both these views and give your own pinion. Nowadays, One of the disadvantages of modern life with the advent of technology nowadays is decreasing public health which results in contrasting views on how to overcome the problem and improve it. public health. One suggested solution is to provide more sports facilities to encourage people to have a more active lifestyle. Advocates of this believe that as a consequence of today's sedentary lifestyle, stressful working conditions and regular consumption of high-caloryies foods, physical activity is no longer comes across as a part of our working time. Easily accessible local sports centers would be a more effective way to create interest in peoples' interest so they to engage in sports activities. To this end, installing exercise equipment in parks and streets and providinge sports clubs with reasonable entrance fees are is incumbent on the municipality. In On other hands, opponents assert that there may be better ways of tackling this problem. Not only the governments, but also people should take required action to pave the way for developing a positive attitude to exercise at any age. Other required measures include contributes to following a balanced diet, cutting down on unhealthy foods such as carbohydrates, reducing alcohol consumption, increasing physical activities and having a regular fitness programme. Expanding public transport facilities, for instance, park-and-ride terminals and raising rising public willingness to use of using a bicycle could be considered another factor to meet this demands. Family walks and sports activity to promote physical fitness in order to reach a healthy life could be organized. My personal conviction regarding the discussed issue is that focusing on sports is quite an effective way. However, Moreover, other actions also need to be taken regarding reinforcing/spreading increasing the belief of having a much healthier lifestyle.

SOCIAL NETWORK IMPACT ON YOUTH Social media is a term used to describe the interaction between groups or individuals in which they produce, share, and sometimes exchange ideas over the internet and in virtual communities. The impact of social networks on young people is significant. Children are growing up surrounded by mobile devices and interactive social networking sites such as Twitter, MySpace, and Facebook, which has made the social media a vital aspect of their life. Social network is transforming the manner in which young people interact with their parents, peers, as well as how they make use of technology. The effects of social networking are twofold. On the positive side, social networks can act as invaluable tools for professionals. They achieve this by assisting young professionals to market their skills and seek business opportunities. Social networking sites may also be used to network professionally. On the negative side, the internet is laden with a number of risks associated with online commuinties. Take a Temporary Job or Wait for a More Satisfying, Amirehsan Davoodi https://www.sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/179-fridays-writing-workshop-1395/writing-workshop-friday-95-08-14/979-take-a-temporary-job-or-wait-for-a-more-satisfying-amirehsan-davoodi https://www.sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/179-fridays-writing-workshop-1395/writing-workshop-friday-95-08-14/979-take-a-temporary-job-or-wait-for-a-more-satisfying-amirehsan-davoodi

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? If people have the opportunity to get a secure job, they should take it right away rather than wait for a job that would be more satisfying. In almost every country, the second question after his name that is asked of from an individual to introduce himself is "What is your career?". Today it is not possible for everyone to find a decent job which matches their education, personality and desirable salary just after finishing their studies. Some people are of the idea that by lowering your expectation and taking a less satisfactory job instead of a (dream) job that you dreamed of and study for could be take in to consideration. However, others prefer to wait for their ideal working position. To me the latter point of view has more evidence to rely on. From the one hand, the fact that finding job today is not as easy as it was decades ago due to the high rate of unemployment , may increase the risk of waiting for a job position in the future which is more relevant to our studies and makes us more satisfied. For instance, in recent years many workers from countries like China as well as India are applying for a job in other developed countries which makes it harder for people of those countries to find the job not only owing to the higher number of demand to get the job, but also because of a lower salary that they request to do the same work. On From the other hand, having an experience of working in a job which you are not trained for may be counterproductive in your working resume. For example, if due to the lack of interest in your job, you do not communicate properly with your co-workers and supervisor, this seemingly simple problem may even cause you to end up to being fired from the company which could be an undeniable negative point in your CV. Moreover, even if you would be successful in your job and just leaving the company in a period less that 6 months just because you found the job that you dreamed of, this experience of working short time in a company is not a positive one in your resume. Personally, were I to opt for either of the notions, I would rather to seize the moment and get the job which may not seems decent to me owing to the facts mentioned above. Furthermore, considering the fast pace of development in countries, the new generation of job position may be introduced to people across the globe as we could see some sign of it in nowadays. Today many employees are working as freelancer and so they are their own boss and just working at their homes which was a dream for many people in past. For a tangible example, many remote software developers from all over the globe, especially, India are programming on a project that they were hired for in high-paying countries such as the U.S. as well as the U.K.. In a nutshell, finding a decent job is becoming harder and harder day by day. Even though many people prefer to just only work in an ideal, satisfactory job, I would rather to be more realistic and work in a temporary but less desirable position till I find the job that matches with my major, personality and interest.
