Some people think men and women have different natural abilities that make them suitable for different types of work. Others, however, believe that both men and women can be equally suited to do any type of work. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. It is true that there are some differences between men and women physically and emotionally, that is the reason why some people think some types of work are not suitable for women. Obviously/It is obvious that compared to men, females have weaker physical powers, and (they) are more sentimental, because of this, generally many people think some types of work seems not unsuitable for women such as driving a tractor track or political positions that need logical/ruthless decisions in critical moments and some types of work like hair dressing and sewing not appropriate for men. On the other hand, some people see these differences not only not as a weakness or limit, but also as a privilege or challenge that boost their motivation to work harder. For example some of the best fashion designers are men or the German Chancellor chancellor of Germany is a woman. As we can see in today's society men and women have the same work positions, we have successful female managers, truck track drivers, politicians and male hair dressers and make‐up artists. In my opinion there is no limit for men and women to get types of work that they like to do. I think these differences mostly are related to personality ies not to gender and I am inclined to believe that the idea of the second group is more accurate than the first one and both men and women can be equally suited to do any type of work.
