Many nations nowadays are competing for the right to host international sports events, however some people think it is not a good idea. Discuss both views and mention your own opinion. Since the appearance of international sports, nations have always been enthusiastic about holding such competitions in their own countries. Therefore, we have always been beholders of significant efforts to achieve this goal, but it is the question of whether it is a good appetite or not. ? As far as I am concerned, some people believe that according to the positive essence of sport and due to its spectacular impact in our lives it is one of the most accurate actions that any country can do which and it can bring up the level of happiness and satisfaction among the people. Besides, there are some benefits that by no means can be ignored as the other attractions of hosting such events, for instance, there are considerable financial profits by advertising in television programs which show the competitions or maybe even by selling these TV programs to other countries which are concerned about them. Hence, it could be logical to do so. On the other hand, some maintain that spending such large amounts of money on these contests or tournaments is a faulty work. They have a notion that not only is it harmful for the country's economy, but also does not bring any gain. They have this idea that when such money could be allocated to more important matters like education, technology improvement, abandoned children and even developing transportation infrastructure, it is not intellectual, nor is it and ethical to spend it on holding those matches. To sum up, personally speaking, I would rather the former opinion compared to the latter one. According to the latest survey conducted by with a reputable institute, assessmentses show that from a financial point, the inputs could be much more than the outputs if the budget is efficiently designated.
